Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CupidChat mobile application (the "Service") operated by Hong Kong RoseChat Technology Co., Limited ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.在使用由 Hong Kong RoseChat Technology Co., Limited（下称“我们”）运营的 CupidChat 移动应用程序（下称“本服务”）前，请仔细阅读本服务条款（下称“本条款”）。您对本服务的访问和使用，前提是您接受并遵守本条款。通过访问或使用本服务，即表示您同意受本条款的约束。

1. Eligibility1. 用户资格

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. 您必须年满18周岁才能使用本服务。通过创建账户和使用本服务，您声明并保证您具备签订具有约束力合同的法律能力。

2. Your Account and User Conduct2. 您的账户与用户行为

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to use the Service in accordance with our Community Guideline, which is an integral part of these Terms. Prohibited activities include harassment, impersonation, spamming, and sharing illegal or explicit content. 您有责任保护您的账户安全，并对您账户下的任何活动或行为负责。您同意按照我们的《社区行为准则》使用本服务，该准则是本条款不可分割的一部分。被禁止的行为包括骚扰、冒充、发送垃圾信息以及分享非法或色情内容。

3. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments3. 应用内购买、订阅与支付

The Service may include virtual items or features available for purchase ("In-App Purchases"), such as special abilities or virtual currency. We may also offer automatically renewing subscription plans that provide access to premium features.本服务可能包含可供购买的虚拟物品或功能（“应用内购买”），例如特殊能力或虚拟货币。我们也可能提供自动续订的订阅计划，以提供对高级功能的访问。

• Payments: All payments are processed through the mobile platform from which you downloaded the app (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). You agree to abide by their terms and conditions.支付：所有支付都通过您下载应用的移动平台（例如，苹果应用商店、谷歌应用商店）进行处理。您同意遵守其条款和条件。
• Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew for the same duration and price, unless you cancel it through your app store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.订阅：如果您购买了订阅服务，它将在每个计费周期结束时以相同的时长和价格自动续订，除非您在当前周期结束前至少24小时通过您的应用商店账户设置取消订阅。
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period after the date of the price change.价格变更：我们保留更改订阅价格的权利。任何价格变更将在价格变更日期后的下一个订阅期开始时生效。

4. Refunds4. 退款政策

Generally, all charges for In-App Purchases and subscriptions are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.通常情况下，所有应用内购买和订阅的费用均不予退还，对于已部分使用的周期，不提供退款或抵扣。

Any refund requests are handled by the platform through which you made the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.任何退款请求均由您进行购买的平台（苹果应用商店或谷歌应用商店）处理，并受其各自退款政策的约束。我们无法直接处理退款。

5. Termination of Account5. 账户终止

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or our Community Guideline. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. 如果您违反本条款或我们的《社区行为准则》，我们有权立即终止或暂停您的账户，恕不另行通知或承担任何责任。一旦终止，您使用本服务的权利将立即停止。

6. Limitation Of Liability6. 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CupidChat, its affiliates, directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service. 在适用法律允许的最大范围内，在任何情况下，CupidChat 及其关联公司、董事或员工均不对因您访问、使用或无法访问、使用本服务而导致的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。

7. Governing Law7. 管辖法律

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 本条款应根据中华人民共和国香港特别行政区的法律进行管辖和解释，不考虑其法律冲突规定。
